These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and by99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the by99 website located at https://by99.club and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo, fishing games, slots, and any promotional features offered by the Platform.

Accepted identity documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. 3. Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each natural person may hold only one active by99 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If by99 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be permanently closed, all associated balances will be frozen, and the matter will be referred to our fraud investigation team. Any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your by99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. by99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Account Verification

by99 reserves the right to verify your account details at any time and to request additional documentation if your account information cannot be verified through standard automated processes. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of your account without refund of any balance beyond the original verified deposit amount.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the by99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). by99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods are offered because they are the most widely used and trusted mobile financial services across Bangladesh, providing players with instant, secure, and familiar payment processing.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit by default, though by99 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion for risk management purposes.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your by99 wallet within seconds of the mobile transaction being confirmed. Deposits via Rocket and Upay may take up to five minutes to reflect during peak processing periods.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes during by99's operating hours (06:00–02:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, by99 may require the completion of account KYC verification if this has not previously been completed. Players who have not submitted and passed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between an individual offer's terms and these general bonus rules, the individual offer's terms shall prevail for matters specific to that offer.

Welcome Bonus

New players at by99 are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be at least ৳500. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. by99 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer from any player who it reasonably suspects is registering primarily to claim the bonus rather than to engage in genuine play.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless the specific bonus offer states otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonuses that have not been wagered to the required level within this period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.

• Wagers placed on games with an RTP above 96% may count at a reduced rate (typically 20–50%) toward satisfying wagering requirements. The applicable game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each specific offer.
• Live sports betting wagers where the odds are below 1.50 (decimal) may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, making low-risk opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, systematically targeting high-RTP games at minimal stakes solely to clear bonus balances, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided, their winnings from those bonuses forfeited, and may face permanent account closure. by99 uses automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns and acts swiftly when such patterns are identified.

6. User Obligations

By using the by99 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and visitors to the Platform:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times — during registration, during KYC verification, and in any communications with by99's support team.

• You will ensure that all payment accounts used to transact with by99 are registered in your own name and that you have full legal authority to use those payment accounts.

Violation of any of the above user obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the by99 Platform — including but not limited to the by99 brand name, logo, website design, typography, colour schemes, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text content, data structures, and software architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of by99 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the by99 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any by99 content without prior written authorisation from by99.
• Use the by99 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on by99's proprietary content, designs, or software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the by99 Platform on any third-party website or application.
• Use by99's intellectual property in any manner that could damage, dilute, or tarnish the by99 brand or reputation.

Game content provided on the by99 Platform by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property terms. by99 operates these games under valid commercial licensing agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Decisions made by the player under the influence of alcohol, prescription medication, or any other substance that impairs judgement.
• Actions taken in response to fraudulent communications impersonating by99 that originate from sources outside by99's control (phishing, social engineering). Players should always verify they are communicating with by99 through official channels before sharing account information.

In all cases where by99 is found to bear liability for damages — regardless of the nature or cause — by99's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to by99 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

9. Account Closure & Termination

Either you or by99 may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your by99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat after completing your by99 login, or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, you are encouraged to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Upon account closure, any active bonus balances or bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period rather than a permanent account closure. Closure by by99

by99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or any other form of dishonest or exploitative behaviour.
• Underage gambling — accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately.
• Suspicious financial activity triggering by99's anti-money-laundering protocols.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months — in this case, by99 will provide 30 days' notice and make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before closure.

In the event of account closure by by99 due to player misconduct or Terms violation, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no criminal activity has occurred, the verified real-money deposit balance (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player's originating payment method within 14 business days.

10. Amendments to Terms

by99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, by99 will notify registered players via the on-site notification system and, where appropriate, via email to the address associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date at the top of the document.

Amendments take effect 7 days after publication for existing registered players, and immediately for new registrations made after the publication date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
